Meghan & Ryan | Engagement session | Wegerzyn gardens

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was only able to consult with this couple over the phone, so when I finally got to meet them at their engagement session it was extra special!

The rainy weather that day had us stalking the radar to make sure we didn't need to adjust our starting time. It may or may not have changed a couple of times, but in the end we found a perfect one-hour window to capture these two and their love for one another!

Meghan had her hair and makeup professionally done so we were determined to make it happen; it all worked out perfect for us! We explored the beautiful floral grounds of Wegerzyn gardens during their session. We took our time chatting, getting to know each other and getting comfortable with my posing techniques. At one point we even found a baby turtle and we helped it finish crossing the road.

During the session, we noticed the dark clouds starting to roll in so we knew it was only a matter of time before we got wet. We kept shooting all the way to the car to grab every last photo we could when it started to pour. Despite struggling with the weather, we still captured tons of great photos for these two to cherish forever.

Meghan and Ryan: Thank you for entrusting me with one of the biggest days of your life. I truly appreciate it and can't wait to capture your big day this August!
